About

Hello,

I am a holistic health practitioner and plant-forward personal chef. A graduate of Bauman College (California) and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Practicing since 2012, I work one-on-one with individuals, offering personalized holistic health care through a comprehensive approach to nourishment and well-being. My work addresses eating patterns, relationship with food, stress management, gut health, sleep, and movement.

As a personal chef, I design and prepare customized meals aligned with health goals, allergies, preferences, and daily routines – ensuring food is both nourishing and practical.

I have professional work experience in Thailand, Bali, and Australia, where I incorporated local ingredients, traditional food cultures, and diverse culinary techniques into my approach. This international background has shaped a flexible, culturally aware style of cooking. My work sits at the intersection of holistic health, cooking, and food education, with a clear focus on long-term sustainable change.

Holistic health is fundamentally about the interconnection between mind and body. By nurturing harmony within these areas, we can achieve a greater state of well-being. With compassion, I help individuals mindfully cultivate habits that foster this balance, empowering them to experience a healthier, more integrated life.

I look forward to connecting with you!

Warmly,

Danielle
